Image usage

At Vows To Remember Photography, we value transparency regarding how photographs are used. By booking photography services or participating in a session photographed by our team, clients agree to the following image usage terms.

Copyright Ownership

All photographs created by Vows To Remember Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer under United States copyright law.

Clients receive a license for personal use, which includes:

• Printing images

• Sharing on social media

• Displaying images for personal purposes

Images may not be sold, altered for commercial use, or used for profit without written permission.

Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Vows To Remember Photography

reserves the right to use photographs for:

• Website portfolio

• Social media

  • Photography competitions

• Educational purposes

Collaborative Team Usage

Photography and content created during weddings or sessions may involve a collaborative team of creatives.

Approved team members may include photographers, videographers, and creatives working with or alongside:

• Vows To Remember Photography

• Ace King Collective

• Dreams Collective Studios

Members of these teams may use images they helped create or were involved in producing for:

• Their professional portfolios

• Social media promotion

• Marketing and advertising for their services

• Industry publications and features

These collaborators will not sell images to third parties or use them in ways that misrepresent the couple or event.

Vendor and Industry Sharing

Images may also be shared with vendors involved in the wedding or event (such as venues, florists, planners, and designers) for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Privacy Requests

Clients who wish to keep their images private must first submit a written request prior to signing their photography contract.

Approval of privacy requests may involve an additional fee due to the marketing limitations placed on the photographer and team.

Respectful Use

All images will be used respectfully and professionally. Photographs will never be used in a way that is defamatory, misleading, or inappropriate.
